I’m Lauren — founder, owner and creative director of In The Moment.

I built ITM on instinct, intention, and a sharp eye for what actually matters. I lead a team that knows how to move with a room and capture it as it naturally unfolds. I’m grounded under pressure, quick to hype you up, and always paying attention to the details that make it feel effortless.

A Texas-raised Latina, now based in D.C. I live for all the in between moments that connect us as people. When I’m not working, I’m probably planning my next beach vacay or hanging with my husband and our 2 fur babies Kona and Kai. If I'm not replaying your reel audio 900 times, I’m definitely blasting Bad Bunny.
